By providing your cell phone number and opting into texting with Healthcare Billing Service of NY (“HBS”), you have provided HBS with consent to send you account related text messages and you agree you have ownership rights or permission to use the number given to us. Number of messages will vary by account Msg and Data rates may apply. Mobile originator and opt-in-data will not be sold to or shared with any third parties.
Further, you understand that the text messages we send may be seen by anyone with access to your phone. Accordingly, you should take steps to safeguard your phone if you want text messages to remain private. Please notify us if you change mobile numbers. This wireless policy may be modified and will be updated on our website. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages.
Opt-out or Stop
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to one of our texts. An opt-out confirmation message will be sent back to you. You may also opt-out by calling 888-913-7498 or emailing info@hbsofny.com.
Help or Support
If you need help reply “HELP” to one of our texts. Message Frequency varies by account/preference. Some of the text messages we send may include links to websites; you will need a web browser and internet access on your mobile device to access these websites. You further agree that HBS may send e-mails to you at any e-mail address you provide us or use other electronic means of communication to the extent permitted by law. Consent may be revoked by any reasonable means.
